These days some form of basic self-defence is essential. And that doesn't mean pretending you are Bruce Lee. With street crime on the increase and more and more people travelling home late because of work, this is a must do activity. We teach you to defend yourself so that you do not get hurt if you are attacked. This is practical self-defence where you will learn techniques that you can use without having to do fancy kicks to get yourself out of trouble. It instills great confidence - and that alone can often help a person out of a tricky situation. Sessions are performed in your normal clothes so that you learn how to use the techniques when you're fully clothed and know how it feels. This activity is suitable for men and women.
